The jobs consist of home renovation, remodeling and general repairs.

Our professional estimators price each task using the most current job costing software for the specific state where job is located.

This saves the contractor/tradesman advertising costs, the time and efforts of going on sales calls or paying sales commissions and preparing estimates. This eliminates the hassles of free estimates which never materialize.

Some projects may require several licensed professionals i.e. plumber, electrician, HVAC, etc. 

The various tasks are posted. The trade professional will be able to select the task in their field.

Before accepting any task, the contractor/tradesman have the ability to review the work order, general location, and completion timeframe of the job. After accepting the work order, we provide clear details of the task requirements.

Tasks which do not require a licensed contractor will appear in the general repair section. Both, non-licensed and licensed tradesman may accept these tasks. 

 Our process eliminates the guesswork, and miscommunication between property owner and contractor/tradesman.

There is no one shoe fits all. Depending on the task, the compensation may be based on time and materials or flat rate.  After deducting cost of materials, the split between Renovation Nation USA is typically 70% to contractor/tradesman, and 30% to Renovation Nation USA.

Renovation Nation USA sends the invoice to the customer and collects payment. Once payment is received we immediately send payment to the contractor/tradesman.
