We hire and supervise contractors and tradespersons and manage material and equipment provisioning and logistics.
As a Project Management Firm we advertise and solicit for construction jobs.
We don't just send you leads. We send you work contracts which are signed, sealed and delivered so you can do what you do best.
We Create Jobs for You
Our project assessment personnel will evaluate and secure the work contract. We then send our tradesman and contractors details of the project needs along with pricing and time-line requirements. Tradesman and contractors who wish to accept the jobs will contact us for further explanation and instructions.
All pricing is fair and in accordance with the Architects, Contractors, Engineers Guide To Construction Costs, updated every year.
